Wednesday: Price is Right

We stayed at an Econo Lodge on Sunset Boulevard across form a Virgin Records, that was a little shady. We stayed up half the night ironing on our fabulous t-shirt designs
for the Price Is Right. We had to be at CBS studios by 6am and let me just say, I was sure that arriving at this time, we would be some of the first hopefuls lined up to get a spot in the audience. Insanely, NO.....We were more like, one of the first 300!It was amazing how many people were there. We saw Kathy Hilton walking in to the studios, and yes, she's that gorgeous in person. By 8am, we were still running on no sleep, no breakfast, and sheer luck as we waited 3 more hours. Of course no cameras were allowed inside, but here is a
a pic of our shirts. The set was so surreal and fun-It was like a miniature version of what you see on television! Afterward, we ate lunch at a Thai place, that we

had spotted earlier in the day and then, we headed down to Hollywood Boulevard

and took in most of the sites.
Paulla treated us to a guided tour into the Hollywood hills where
we saw numerous celebrity homes and learned a lot of history about the area.
It was beautiful and sad all at the same time.

Too fun! California's on my list. Been there for business, but not for fun as an adult. Thanks for the pics!
